Provincial police are investigating vandalism in Huntsville after the "senseless destruction" of flower displays along Main Street East.

On Friday, police released an image of a man believed to be one of five accused of damaging flowers and planters outside a business and throwing them onto the street and sidewalk on Sunday around midnight.

The man captured on surveillance camera wore a black baseball cap backwards, a T-shirt with the label VOLCOM on the front, shorts, and black high tops with red laces.

Investigators are "actively looking for information that may lead to the identification of the individuals responsible."

Anyone who can assist in the case is asked to contact the local authorities.
