An incident with a farm vehicle is believed to have caused a power line to come down in Essa Township today.
It happened along Essa Side Road 25, between the 5th and 6th lines this morning.
That section of road remains closed as Hydro One workers repair the damage.
Police say a farm vehicle hit a guy-wire, the tensioned cable that helps stabilize a pole, and the line came down.
No injuries were reported. Hydro One is currently not reporting any power outages in the area.
