Police have found the owner of a 14-foot sail boat found with no one on board on Lake Simcoe.
South Simcoe Police says the boat was found off of Kon Tiki Marina in Cook's Bay on Friday. According to investigators, there were no reports of missing boaters or distress calls.
SSP, York Regional Police, and a search and rescue crews from CFB Trenton were involved in the search.
The owner of the boat came forward after seeing helicopters searching over the lake.
