Residents in Thornbury will notice a lot of police activity on Thursday as provincial police officers with the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains OPP detachment carry out training.

Swat team members will be on King Street West conducting various training scenarios, including a mock hostage situation with some officers portraying victims.
