One person dead in Caledon crash

One person is dead after a crash in Caledon on Sunday.

The single-vehicle crash happened on King Street just before 8:00 a.m.

According to police, the lone occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased on the scene.

King Street was closed between Chinguacousy and Credit View Road for several hours as the investigation continued.

OPP is asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact police at 1-888-310-1122.
