GO Transit announced their new GO bus schedule for the Barrie corridor will begin on September 12th.

The southern Ontario transit company released its fall schedules Wednesday, posting full details of the changes online

GO says bus trips that were suspended for the summer due to the Barrie seasonal GO train will be reinstated on September 12th, saying changes to some trips will better reflect actual travel times, with some earlier departures.

The GO Train weekend service from Barrie to Union station will end on September 7th.

Changes to train lines begin Tuesday, Sept. 8, with 14 new train times on the Kitchener line. The schedule has changed for all Stouffville trains due to construction along the corridor.

Some weekday morning eastbound Lakeshore trains will depart between one and five minutes later to "more accurately reflect actual travel times and arrivals at Union Station," the GO Transit website said.

There will be seven new off-peak trips from the Mount Pleasant GO Station in Brampton, and seven corresponding trips from Union Station back to Brampton.
