Missing Barrie girl located, police confirm

Barrie police say a 14-year-old girl reported missing over the weekend has been located.

Police issued an appeal to the public for help locating the young teen after she went missing Saturday night.

Police said her family were very concerned, noting this wasn’t typical behaviour for the teen.

On Monday morning, police confirmed her whereabouts.

The authorities did not provide any further details.
