Man dies in multi-vehicle crash

South Simcoe Police are investigating a fatal collision in Innisfil that occurred early Saturday morning involving a car and a motorcycle.

The incident occurred on Yonge Street in the Churchill area. Police say the collision resulted in serious injuries to the motorcycle driver, an Innisfil man, who later died of his injuries in hospital.

The area was closed as the South Simcoe Police's Technical Collision Reconstruction Team investigated the scene. It has since been reopened.

Police are seeking the help of anyone with additional information that may assist the ongoing investigation.
