Fire caused heavy damage to a Collingwood home on Wednesday night but luckily no one was injured.
Flames were showing in the upstairs window of a home on Sainte Marie Street just before 7:00 p.m. when fire crews got several calls.
No one was home when the tackled the fire.
It’s believed this was an electrical fire caused by a pinched power bar cord in an upstairs bedroom.
Damage is estimated at about $250,000.
