A fire destroyed a home in Georgina on Sunday afternoon, leaving a mother and son homeless.
Fire crews were called to the home on Dunkirk Avenue shortly after 4:00 p.m.
Officials are still trying to figure out what caused the fire but they say it started at the back of the house.
The two people who lived in the home heard the smoke alarms go off and got out safely.
The fire is not considered suspicious.
