A home in Keswick is a write-off after a fire early this morning.
Three people had to be taken to hospital for smoke inhalation, but were otherwise unhurt.
The call came in around 3:30 a.m. and three fire stations responded with six trucks and 26 firefighters.
While the fire was under control within an hour, the cost of damage is estimated at about $500,000.
Two neighbouring homes also caught fire, and three homes on either side of the house where the fire started were evacuated.
It was one of four fires today. In Coldwater, a house caught fire, there was a fire at a Seguin Townhip hotel, and a house fire in Seguin Township left one woman dead and two other people badly injured.
