Noise from ranges at the training centre will be heard between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10:59 p.m. daily.
4 CDTC recognizes the importance of community cooperation.
“Without the support of local communities, military members would not be able to accomplish their mission. Local communities provide key supports and services to military members that are necessary and appreciated,” said a press release.
Residents in Meaford and the surrounding area may hear a series of loud noises from weapons and large-calibre guns firing simultaneously.
This exercise is for training purposes, and at no time will the safety or security of the public be in jeopardy.
