A fire at a boat works facility in Port Carling has caused nearly half a million dollars in damage.
Emergency crews were called to a fire on Muskoka Road 118 West, at around 8 p.m. Flames could be seen coming from a second-storey window when crews arrived.
It took firefighters nearly four hours to get the blaze under control.
Officials estimate the fire caused $400,000 in damage. No injuries are reported.
The cause is still under investigation, but police believe it started near a propane powered boiler system.
