Orangeville man hides after ditching car
Provincial police were called to County Road 12 in Amaranth after a car crash on Saturday around 11:30 p.m.
Upon their arrival, police found a car in the ditch and a damaged hydro pole but no driver.
He was easily located hiding in a nearby ditch. A 44-year-old Orangeville man was charged with various impaired driving charges.

He is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville. His driver's licence was suspended for 90 days, and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
