A motorcyclist was killed in a crash near Haliburton, east of Minden just after 2:30 p.m. Sunday, OPP say.
OPP Const. Paul Potter tells CTV News the man's motorcycle and another motorcycle were involved in a crash with an SUV on Glamorgan Road between County Road 503 and Highway 118 Sunday afternoon.
The second motorcyclist, also a man, has non-life-threatening injuries.
There were five people in the SUV, and the driver has minor injuries..
Police say the motorcyclist killed at the scene was a 37-year-old man from Pickering. The other motorcyclist is a 32-year-old from Toronto.
A 66-year-old Ottawa man was driving the SUV.The road is expected to be closed for at least five hours, according to the local fire chief. An air ambulance was called, but was called off.

There was also a fatal motorcycle crash near Peterborough, the third in a span of a few hours Sunday afternoon. A 67-year-old Oshawa man died in that crash.
Last weekend, there were three serious motorcycle crashes in three days, including one on Highway 400 that left a man dead. Since May, there have been more than 20 serious or fatal motorcycle crashes, including one involving an OPP officer whose leg was later amputated.
