Two people have been taken to hospital with minor injuries after a crash involving a dump truck in Mono.
According to the OPP, the dump truck was travelling north on Highway 10 when it swerved into the southbound lanes and struck a car head-on.
A husband and wife were taken to hospital with minor injuries, but police say it could have been much worse.
Investigators allege that the dump truck driver was travelling too fast and couldn’t break in time to avoid hitting a vehicle that was in front of the truck.
The driver has been charged with careless driving.
