One woman is dead and six others are seriously injured, following a head-on crash in Chatsworth.
According to the OPP, a Nissan Altima was travelling northbound on Highway 10 on Tuesday, when the car crossed into the southbound lane and struck a Honda Odyssey head-on.
The driver of the Nissan, a 73-year-old Grey Highlands woman, was pronounced dead at the scene. A 12-year-old Owen Sound girl, who was a passenger in the car, was seriously injured. She is now in a London hospital.
The driver of the Odyssey, a 39-year-old Chatsworth woman, was seriously injured. Four children between the ages of two and seven, who were also in the van, were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
