Woman charged with being drug impaired on Barrie roads

Police in Barrie arrested a driver after officers received two concerned calls from residents on Wednesday morning.

Barrie officers charged the 34-year-old Keswick woman with impaired driving.

Police say the accused was drug impaired.

Her car was towed to an impound yard, where it will remain for the mandatory seven days.

Police say her driver's licence was also suspended for 90 days following the charge.
