Barrie Pathways, an organization trying to end homelessness, has an agreement for a new home to house a number of organizations – including the David Busby Street Centre.
Pathways announced on Friday it’s purchased the 88 and 90 properties on Mulcaster Street – where the Barriston Law offices are now.
The deal is expected to close in 2015 and the Canadian Mental Health Association will own the building and lease the space to the other partners.
The Barriston Law offices are moving to the new Mady development across from Barrie City Hall.
The Busby Centre has been told it has to move from its current location at Trinity Anglican Church by the end of July
