Provincial police were conducting the R.I.D.E. program on Wednesday around 1 a.m. on Highway 35 when the vehicle stopped, and officers spoke with the driver.
They asked the woman to pull over to the shoulder for further investigation.
"The driver couldn't provide the officer with proper documentation for operating a motor vehicle," OPP stated. "After further investigation, it was found that the driver was suspended from operating a motor vehicle and was on conditions by the courts."
Police also allege officers seized three grams of crack cocaine from the vehicle.
The 37-year-old woman from Lindsay was arrested and charged with driving while under suspension, failing to comply with a release order, and possession of a scheduled substance.
