The much-anticipated Wasaga Beach Blues Festival made its triumphant return this weekend, with dozens of performers gracing the stages.

The 3-day festival kicked off on Friday and includes two main stages and a vendor village.

Some of the diverse and talented performers at this year's festival include LMT Connection, Jeff Rogers, Mike McCarthy Band, Sandra Bouza, Queen Pepper, Garnetta Cromwell, and Dagroovmasters.

The event's organizers call the festival a vital showcase of blues music that supports and uplifts Canadian and North American performers.

The event wraps up Sunday evening.
