The two men charged with murder in the death of an 85-year-old woman north of Huntsville appeared in court today.
Eighty-five year old Dolores White was found badly injured in her home in Kearney in April and later died in hospital. Days later police charged two 23 year old men.
Declan Letters of Kearney is charged with first degree murder while Brock Gould of McMurrich-Monteith Township is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
The judge imposed a publication ban on the case. Both men were remanded in custody.
