One man and two women, all from Bradford, are facing criminal charges in connection with a theft investigation that police say resulted in the seizure of drugs, cash and property.

South Simcoe police say the investigation was launched last month following a rash of thefts from vehicles in Bradford.

On Monday, officers searched an address and allegedly found "a large quantity of tools, drugs and cash."

"I want to commend our investigators for their diligent and tireless work in executing this search warrant and on their efforts to eliminate drugs from our communities. Their hard work led to the arrests and the seizure of 39 grams of suspected fentanyl, 106 grams of suspected cocaine, and a quantity of pills," stated Police Chief John Van Dyke.

A 36-year-old man, a 35-year-old woman, and a 34-year-old woman are charged with theft and drug-related offences.

Two of the accused are also charged with failing to comply with the conditions of their probation.
