Stolen courier slip leads to $7K in fraud

A woman was caught on video visiting a house on Crestwood Road in Bolton on October 9 just after 1 p.m.

Police say she pulled a courier slip left at the door and returned to her vehicle, a dark blue or black SUV.

Using false identification, police say the woman attended the courier business and picked up a package, which had been purchased using the victim’s credit card.

Police say three separate purchases were made for a total of around $7,000.
