A statement of claim for a proposed class-action lawsuit against Casino Rama is expected to be filed Monday in Toronto.
The proposed suit that is being brought forth by Charney Lawyers would seek $50 million in damages from the casino.
It comes after Casino Rama revealed they were the victims of a large cyberattack.
On Thursday, the casino warned its customers, vendors as well as current and former staff to keep an eye on their financial information.
Casino officials tell CTV News they're working closely with authorities on the investigation and they deeply regret the situation.
It's still not clear how much information was stolen.
