School bus cancellations due to ice storm
Pull on your skates to get to school today, or just stay home.
That’s the message several school boards are sending to their students Tuesday morning.
After ice rain and frozen drizzle created a slippery mess of all outside surfaces in central Ontario on Monday, sidewalks and roads are still treacherous in spots.
Trillium Lakelands District School Board has cancelled buses to:
- Kawartha Lakes
- Muskoka
- Haliburton
School transportation has also been cancelled by Simcoe County District School Board for the Muskoka region.
