Saskatoon police investigating after pedestrian hit by vehicle

Saskatoon police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit by an SUV Tuesday evening.

In a news release sent Wednesday morning, Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) said the victim, a 47-year-old man, was taken to hospital after officers responded to the scene shortly after 7 p.m.

According to police, the collision occurred at the intersection of Confederation Drive and Milton Street.

Police said the victim sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
