In a statement, the singer/songwriter announced she was halting her Canadian tour, including the stop at the Orillia venue, as she recovers from laryngitis.
“It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce the postponement of the upcoming Fumbling Towards Ecstasy 30th Anniversary Canadian tour. I have been so excited to bring this show across Canada and am devastated to make this announcement. My voice is not recovering, and I need to take this time to heal.”
The Canadian songstress added she hopes to reschedule the shows as soon as possible.
Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will be honoured on the new dates.
Anyone unable to attend the newly scheduled concert date can request a refund from the original point of sale.
