Same man busted on 2nd theft attempt: OPP

A break-and-enter in Caledon on Thursday led to an arrest at the same address five days later.
Caledon Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to a break-in at a Caledon home on Valleygreen Crescent where they say valuable items were taken, including vehicle key fobs.

Less than a week later, police received a second call indicating a man was attempting to steal a motor vehicle.
Police arrested a 31-year-old Maple man, and seized a vehicle.
Later that day, the Caledon Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), with the assistance of the Dufferin OPP CSCU, executed a search warrant in both the vehicle and a home where evidence, including stolen property and currency, was allegedly located and seized.
A man from Maple faces several charges, including break-and-enter and theft-related offences.
He was held for a bail hearing in Orangeville.
