Provincial police are warning residents in Oro-Medonte about a bear that was spotted digging through a dumpster.
The bear was seen near a business in the Craighurst area on Saturday, at around 7:30 a.m. The bear was gone before police arrived.
Officials are asking residents to ensure food is removed from areas near their homes.
No injuries were reported.
