A date has been set for an inquest that will look into the 2013 deaths of an East Gwillimbury family.

On Tuesday, the province announced the inquest will take place on March 29 at the Coroners Court in Toronto.

The purpose of the inquest is to examine the events surrounding the deaths of Kevin Dunsmuir, 55, Jennifer Dunsmuir, 51, Robert Dunsmuir, 19, and Cameron Dunsmuir, 16. The family died in a house fire in East Gwillimbury on March 29, 2013.
