A head-on collision left one man dead in Whitchurch-Stouffville on Friday.
York Regional Police say two trucks collided head-on just before 9 a.m. on Aurora Road between Kennedy and McCowan roads.
The driver of the waste disposal truck, a 62-year-old Innisfil man, was taken to hospital where he died of his injuries. The 37-year-old driver of the dump truck was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
