A 36-year-old man is dead after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 407 in Markham.
Provincial police say the man lost control of his car Saturday morning on the ramp from the eastbound lanes to Highway 404.
They say he was ejected from the vehicle despite wearing a seatbelt.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
He has not been identified but police say he was from Ajax.
The ramp was immediately closed for a police investigation.
