Mobile trailer destroyed in fire caused by a candle

Officials say a candle caused a fire that destroyed a mobile trailer in Oro-Medonte early Friday morning.
The trailer was located behind a private dwelling on Line 12.
According to the deputy fire chief, crews battled the flames just after midnight.

One occupant managed to escape the fire. No injuries were reported.
Damage is estimated at $20,000.
