BARRIE -- A house in Midland went up in flames overnight on Wednesday.
The Midland Fire Department responded to the blaze on Eighth Street between Quebec and Ottawa streets shortly after midnight to find the garage on fire.
The structure was reduced to charred rubble by the time firefighters got control of the flames.
No one was injured.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
