Provincial police say a man wanted for breach of parole has been arrested on a Canada-wide warrant.
OPP say Alex John Daka was arrested on Monday afternoon, hours after police issued an appeal to the public for information about his whereabouts.
He is currently serving a four year sentence for assault, aggravated assault, mischief and uttering threats.
Daka is known to frequent the Barrie and Midland area.
