A 37-year-old Lindsay man is dead after a head-on collision Thursday morning east of Kawartha Lakes.
The crash happened on Highway 7, east of Emily Park Road.
Highway 7 was closed between Emily Park Road and Bethel Road for several hours while the OPP’s Technical Collision Investigation
