Jet engines echo over Barrie as RCAF pilots take to the skies
The unmistakable roar of two jet engines caught the attention of residents in Barrie on Wednesday.
According to a Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) official, the two CF-18 Hornets made several passes over the city around the noon hour as part of a routine flying exercise.

The powerful jets were flying out of 8 Wing Trenton, Ont. and were also spotted over the City of Toronto.
