A jack-knifed tractor-trailer caused lane closures along Highway 11 near Bethune Drive South in Gravenhurst.

Bracebridge OPP Const. Samantha Bigley said the incident occurred just before 1 p.m. Thursday.

There were no injuries reported.

"We’ve been dealing with snow-covered roads," Bigley said of the snow squalls that pummeled central Ontario throughout the day.

Traffic is backed up due to the location of the tractor trailer.

"Because it happened just past the off ramp, there’s no real road back up," she said.

Traffic is getting off at Bethune Drive and rerouting around, she said.

The cause of the crash has not been determined. The area has since reopened.
