OPP are looking for a man wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant, who is known to frequent parts of the region.
Provincial police say Frank Peter Spagnola is known to visit Barrie, Orangeville and Bracebridge, along with nine other municipalities across the province. Spagnola is being sought by police for breach of parole.
The 55-year-old is currently serving a two year and eight month sentence for possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking and breach of a court order.
Police say Spagnola has also been convicted for several others offences including assault, break and enter, fraud and manslaughter. OPP describe him as a “high risk offender”.
Spagnola is described as a white male, 5’4”, and 196 pounds, with prescription glasses, a shaved head and a grey goatee.
Spagnola has several tattoos including a rose, a gravestone, a reaper, and an eagle.
