Fans of the King of Rock-n-roll are flocking to Collingwood today as the 20th annual Elvis Festival kicks off.
For the first time in the history of the event Elvis’ first wife, Priscilla Presley, will be in attendance.
She’s co-written a book about her time with the famous rockabilly performer and is scheduled to speak and meet with Elvis’ fans this afternoon.
Presley is speaking at 4 p.m. to the media today. She's on stage tomorrow at 3 p.m.
Festivities take over the entire downtown and run all weekend long. Expect to see hundreds of tribute performers, dozens of shows and events, including VIPs and former colleagues of the King.
