Driver allegedly passes out behind steering wheel: OPP
Provincial police were called about a stopped vehicle in the middle of the road.
OPP arrived at County Road in Essa Township at 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning to find a vehicle parked in a live lane.
Police say the driver was asleep behind the wheel.
Police woke him up, and charged him with impaired driving charges - including having open liquor readily available - and suspended his licence for 90 days and impounded his car for one week.
The 42-year-old Barrie man has a court date on November 28 in Bradford.
