Police in Parry Sound say they are still trying to determine whether to lay charges in Friday's collision that left two children dead.
A memorial has been building all weekend for seven-year-old Kaelen Smith and his little brother, 21-month-old Ryder Smith.
The boys died when they were hit by a pickup truck as they crossed a street with their mother on Friday morning. Police have said that the 61-year-old woman who was driving the truck may be charged, but as of tonight charges have not been filed.
