Canada-wide warrant issued for convicted felon

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant due to a breach of release requirements. 

Corey Richardson is described as a Black male, 55 years old, five feet seven inches, 189 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Richardson has several tattoos: 

  • Left shoulder - "Lord is King"
  • Right upper arm - Malcolm X with a rifle
  • Left side of chest - "Christina", Rose, Heart
  • Right forearm - ACC
  • Right calf – A rose and "Kim"
  • Upper back - "LOCO NEGRA"

Richardson is serving a 13-year sentence for 13 counts of robbery.

He is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
