Paul Sfetkopoulos and his parents, Alexander and Evelyn, say winning the lottery is "unbelievable and amazing" after the trio took home $100,000.

The family, who live in Aurora, were thrilled when they realized their good fortune.

"I used the OLG app to check our ticket," Paul shared. "I scanned it multiple times to be sure of what I was seeing. I just couldn't believe it. I was shaking, but my dad was much calmer and, of course, very happy."

Paul said his mother took a little more time to come around to the idea they were winners with their Instant $100,000 Jackpot ticket.

"I called my mom, and she was sure I was joking. When she realized it was true, she was left in disbelief," Paul said.

The family plans to pay off some bills and celebrate their win with a steak dinner.

The winning ticket was purchased at Pioneer/Snowball Corners General Store on Wellington Street West in King City.

The Instant $100,000 Jackpot game is available for $5, with a top prize of $100,000.
