One of the men charged after the death of an 85-year-old Kearny woman earlier this year will spend another six months in jail.

It was back in April when Dolores White was found in her home with serious injuries. She later died from those injuries.

One of the men charged, Brock Gould, in connection with her death has pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice.

Originally he was charged with accessory after the fact to murder but that charge was withdrawn.

Gould was credited with time served in jail and will also be on probation for two years once he is released.

Another man, Declan Letters, has already pleaded guilty to second degree murder and will be sentenced later this year.
