Alleged sexual assault under investigation

Officers from Southern Georgian OPP are investigating an alleged overnight sexual assault incident in Midland last weekend.
OPP received a complaint of a sexual assault that occurred at around 2:30 a.m. last Saturday. Police say a female victim was assaulted near the intersection of Hugel Avenue and Third Street.
Investigators are seeking assistance from witnesses or anyone with dashcam or security footage that may assist the investigation.
