Police have charged the driver of a landscaping truck with driving dangerously after a fatal collision with a motorcyclist in Vaughan, Thursday afternoon.
Police say the driver of the motrocycle was a 47-year-old man from Barrie.
The accident happened in the area of Highway 27 near Rutherford Road.
Police allege the driver of the small flatbed truck suddenly made a u-turn and struck the motorcyclist.
The motorcycle driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accused is a 64-year-old man from Vaughan. He will appear in court September 4 at the provincial courthouse in Newmarket.
