A 38-year-old Toronto man has been charged with voyeurism and mischief after an incident in a washroom of an Orillia restaurant this summer.
Police say a cell phone was located in the washroom of the restaurant on July 12, 2015. The Orillia OPP Crime Unit then started an investigation.
On Thursday, provincial police executed a warrant at a Toronto address and arrested the man.
He was taken into custody and a bail hearing was scheduled for Friday.
