Three Orillia men are facing numerous charges after a home invasion over the weekend.

OPP were called to a home Bay Street around 4:20 a.m. Saturday November 15, 2014 after reports the man living in the home was assaulted.

Police say the three men entered the home, assaulted the tenant with hammer before leaving.

On Friday, November 21, 2014 police arrested three men, aged 29, 23 and 24, and charged them all with five different charges – including assault with a weapon and forcible entry.

The victim suffered minor injuries in the incident and was arrested and charged with drug related offences.

The four men have future court dates in Orillia.
